Attorney Michael A. Hymowitz is a specialist in marital and family law. He has over 30 years of experience in the field, first as a family court judicial law clerk followed by private practice. Mr. Hymowitz has a genuine concern for his clients’ best interests. While specializing in family law, Mr. Hymowitz is also well experienced in areas of estate planning, probate and civil litigation. He has been called upon to serve as an expert witness in both family and civil court cases and he has been a repeated guest lecturer at Nova Southeastern University’s law school.
A skilled negotiator, Mr. Hymowitz strives towards resolving his clients’ disputes without the need for trial. However, when settlement is not possible, Mr. Hymowitz is a strong advocate for his clients in court.
